John is a native Nashvillian who currently resides in Williamson county. He has strong ties to the neighborhood and community. John started Home Inspectors of Middle Tennessee LLC, in 2003 after the need for a local “Professional, Quality Driven” inspection provider was identified. John earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee and is fully certified as a Residential Home Inspector. John is a full member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Services Home Gauge Inspectors (SHGI), Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO) and the National Association of Certified Real Estate Professional (NARREP). John has passed the prestigious National Home Inspector Examination and currently performs inspections full time. He is also a Certified Residential Inspector (CRI). John has completed more than 1,300 home inspections since 2003 and is licensed by the State of Tennessee Home Inspector Licensing Program (#00000144). 

John’s home inspection career is deep rooted. His interest in the inspection industry started over 10 years ago while performing the day to day management and maintenance of numerous family owned rental properties. His prior work experience also includes positions in sales, marketing and management with Fortune 250 companies. His rare combination of extensive training, hands-on experience and ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved makes John uniquely qualified to meet your home inspection needs.
